MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT
Step into Light is dedicated to raising awareness and funds for mental health initiatives, with a focus on destigmatizing the realities of mental health and depression among youths - and especially in boys and young men.
We organize events and collaborate with various stakeholders to make a positive impact on mental health in Montreal.

UPCOMING EVENT: #StepintoLight AuContraire

The objectives of Au Contraire's educational film screenings and dialogue sessions are to create an immersive experience for young people, allowing them to understand real-life scenarios and promote empathy, understanding, and compassion towards those with lived experience of mental health challenges.
The goal is to encourage open and honest conversations about mental health and sensitize viewers to the issues and concerns faced by those living with mental illness. By giving a voice to people living with mental health challenges, we aim to inspire, motivate, and encourage change and action towards improving youth mental health.
